Grant Shapps is the alleged IT expert in the Tory party who made some very silly comments on YouTube and then claimed his account had been hacked into because (he claimed) his password was '1234'. Googling his name and 1234 should amuse anyone vaguely IT-literate for a good, ooooh, five minutes or so.
