Workshare are the first to provide PowerPoint comparison in its native format. You see the slides in a side by side view with the changes highlighted on the actual slides. I believe Docscorp only provide a pdf report listing the changes. Compare for PowerPoint is a dedicated product with a bunch of sophisticated features unique to the PowerPoint environment. Your best bet is to have a look at the demo on our website.
