It is interesting how figures can be spun!!! 95% client retention over the group - initially sounds positive!!but they have lost over 250 legal firms as clients. If these were the lower end of their market then it may be insignificant but I wonder how many users those firms represent. I would imagine that in terms of users the percentage would be far higher and also the revenue for those 250 firms lost would be significant to any company no matter how many billions they have borrowed/owe. To quote "which during the current economic climate and with the impact of the conveyancing market on solicitors practices, compares extremely well with the industry average" appears to imply that these are the primary reasons why firms are moving away from Iris - we can see from this blog site alone that the facts are very different. All spin no substance - may work in other markets but it will continue to fail in the legal space.
