Not sure how to take this post, am pretty sure that all salesmen have "the clients best interest at heart" given that money is involved. However, if the product doesn't do what the salesman says it does then where does the problem lie ? Not sure you can blame the product if the salesman has told you a few porkie pies to guarantee a sale.
