I would agree with you if a new product was released then it would have to work its way up a good point well made! But if you follow this link http://www.legaltechnology.com/digital/pdf/2004/lti165.pdf it was released amost 4 years ago!!! and also would you really expect a new applicaition to be 15th out of 15 on features; surely the research should have shown what they needed to include.
