You would prefer a new system that DOESN'T have all the features of the previous system? The benefit of a .NET/SQL system such as 'Iris Law Business' is that it makes a great base for future expansion. If I were them it is what I would do; build all their previous functionality into a new system but with much greater scope for better and more features in the future
