Just had the maintenance contract through - letter talks about improved service etc but unfortunately the head of IRIS Legal didn't seem to think it worthwhile signing and had it 'pp'd. No direct line, mobile or email if you want to discuss. Reminds me of the 'not very personal' ads. The strap line on the summary sheet says IRIS Legal 'We make it easy' Perhaps it should read 'IRIS Legal ' We make it easy to leave'......
