OK, not strictly legal but you have to laugh at former technology minister and now culture secretary Ben Bradshaw having to spend £20 to call out an engineer to fit a scart cable into his Freeview box the right way round. Is it actually possible to plug a scart in the wrong way around?

and you have to cry about the fact he is able to claim that cost! I know what would happen if I tried to claim an expense like that.
