This is good win for Axxia, LexisNexis seem to be in good position to take alot of Iris sites and do well in 2009. LexisNexis seem to be positioning Axxia to go after Law firms and VisualFiles to go after Public and private sector legal teams.

With rumored release of Project Manila which will be rebranded and called "Visualfiles Streamline" in 2009 (a .NET product which looks impressive), it could be good year for LexisNexis.

Charles you correct regarding management changes at LexisNexis, Kate Holden and her senior team have been politely shown the door. James Parker is new head of Customer support both heads of Axxia and Visualfiles Support will report to him.

On related subject Mark Armstrong (VisualFiles Sales Director) has also left, which means all the senior managment team at VisualFiles before LexiNexis took over have now gone.

We're not sure if she's been shown the door or moved on to another part of the empire. Tim Cheadle is still the general manager of the legal IT arm in the UK and we've got a briefing meeting with him and LexisNexis UK head honcho Josh Bottomley scheduled for next week.
