In case you've been trying to contact the Insider earlier today, our ISP EasyNet is out of action and thanks to a power-cut our web access and phones have also been out of action. Of course we still have mobile phones – but the Insider offices are located in a blackhole for mobile signals. Been quite here – except for the increasingly hysterical beeping from our UPS backups.
