Phoenix Business Solutions, a provider of software solutions and IT consultancy for law and other professional services firms, has opened of its new Australian office in Sydney and appointed of David Carson as Director APAC Region. The new office follows the successful implementation of Autonomy iManage Universal Search and knowledge management projects at a number of Australian-based firms. The new structure will play a key role in the expansion and support of an increasing number of customers within the Asia-Pacific region.

View Article  Winscribe to launch iPhone app ? Updated
We've just received confirmation this story is accurate and that the Winscribe system will apparently be the first fully integrated digital dictation workflow + iPhone product on the market. The release date will be during the first half of this year, the launch having been held back to accommodate a new version of the iPhone expected to be announced by Apple next week.

According to PC Dictation website in Australia, Winscribe is about to launch a full-feature digital dictation app for the iPhone. In yet another example of Winscribe's new product development plans being prematurely leaked onto the web (don't these people understand the internet?) the site says...
